Silos
CALDITEC designs, plans and constructs installations of custom silos depending on the properties of the stored product and the process requirements.
Planning and design
Each project is approached individually, taking into account the type and properties of the product, the technical requirements, the sector and the specific conditions of the installation. The selection of materials is tailored to the process technology and the needs of each industry, with two main options:

Site installation
When necessary, installation can be carried out directly on site, including the complete assembly of all equipment, instrumentation and electrical cabling.

Storage
We specialise in the storage of bulk powdered material in silos and hoppers.
Extraction
In the handling of solid products, for extraction from silos and tanks, the most appropriate extraction systems are selected for each case.
Pneumatic conveyor
There are various forms and methods of pneumatic conveying, but fundamentally we can divide it into Dilute Phase and Dense Phase.
Mechanical handling
The most suitable mechanical transport is determined based on the product characteristics and the customer requirements.
Filling and emptying of BIG-BAGs
Depending on the needs of the customer as well as those of the product, various types of big-bag loaders and unloaders are installed.
Dosage
We manufacture both addition and subtraction dosing systems.
Mix
Depending on the type of process, we can have batch mixing or continuous mixing.
Automation
Building automation is developed with simplicity and flexibility in order to offer the user an easy-to-use tool, for which we have the collaboration of the market leader I2S.
